Brian has a simple goal in mind… to treat his clients with respect and help them put together an estate plan that makes sense for them. From the moment Brian obtained his Arizona attorney license in 1994, he has engaged in representing all manner of clients, gaining a diverse legal background in estate planning, probate/trust administration, transactional and litigation matters. Throughout the years, he always focused on providing personal and ethical guidance to his clients.
As part of his well-rounded background, Mr. Russell has been the founding member of a law firm in Arizona whose practice initially focused on representation of small business owners and progressed to his true passion, estate planning and probate/trust administration. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Russell served as managing attorney for the AIG Arizona Staff Counsel office responsible for defending insured parties in motor vehicle accident and bodily injury claims and construction defect claim. Prior to managing the AIG Arizona Staff Counsel office, Mr. Russell was a named shareholder for a prominent insurance defense law firm based in Nevada and Arizona, representing both nationwide and local contractors in high exposure construction disputes. In 2021 the American Registry recognized Brian as one of “America’s Most Honored Lawyers”.
Brian is married to his beautiful wife Sue and has one daughter in college and one daughter in law school. Brian is a devoted member of his church and a Director for the Sun City West Foundation.

Angela M. Bradshaw Napper accepted a position at Walker & Walker Estate Attorneys in January of 2017, where her part-time practice focuses on estate planning and uncontested estate administration.
A native Prescottonian, Angela has been admitted to the practice of law in Arizona since 1995. Prior to entering private practice with her husband in 2011, she spent seven years working for the State Bar of Arizona in lawyer regulation, ethics, and professional responsibility. Angela spent the first seven years of her legal career in Flagstaff as a deputy public defender for Coconino County. While in Flagstaff, she also worked briefly as a judge pro-tem in the Flagstaff Municipal Court.
Angela is a graduate of Prescott High School and earned her Bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. Angela previously served on the board of the Prescott Unified School District Education Foundation; the Yavapai Regional Partnership Council for First Things First; the Prescott Farmers Market; and the Coconino County Bar Association. Over the years she was an active volunteer with Lincoln School site council, Boy Scouts, band boosters, soccer boosters, club soccer manager, little league baseball, and a Sunday school teacher.
She recently served as a board member for Community Legal Services, serving on the executive committee, finance committee, audit committee, and grievance committee. She is a member of the Yavapai County Bar Association, and former member of the Northern Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She enjoys yoga, cooking, hiking, and has promised her husband she will take up of golf one of these days…

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website.
